Frequently Asked Questions

Projects rarely reach us at the same stage. Some clients have only an idea and need to work out what the first version should do. Others come with a live product, a difficult integration, old code, or a workflow their team is tired of doing by hand. We can cover the product from early planning to launch, or step into a specific area such as web, mobile, QA, DevOps, modernization, or AI automation. Much of our experience is in healthcare and wellness, but we’re open to work in other industries.

We begin with the problem, the people affected by it, and the systems already in place. That gives us enough context to choose priorities and plan the first useful release. Design, engineering, testing, and launch can all stay with the same team, so responsibility does not get lost between handoffs.

Yes. Support can cover day-to-day fixes, monitoring, updates, performance work, and new features. The arrangement depends on what the product needs after release.

It depends on what we are starting with. A new product, an integration-heavy platform, and a modernization project have very different timelines. After a first review, we break the work into stages and give you an estimate tied to a real scope.
